In order to process your request, please take a picture of the flowers and send it to us via text (615-933-8508) or email. Depending on the situation, we will provide either a full refund or a partial refund. You'll receive real-time updates on the status of your order, including when your flowers are being prepared, shipped, and out for delivery. If you select a delivery time between 3pm - 5:30pm, please be mindful that traffic may affect the estimated delivery time, but our delivery team will ensure you are informed about any delays.
