We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Earth Garden Flower Shop. If you are not satisfied, our refund and return policy allows you to return items within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition and packaging for a return to be accepted.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

• Perishable items such as flowers cannot be returned.
