What is the refund and return policy for flower arrangements purchased from Earth Garden Flower?
If you are unsatisfied with your flower arrangement from Earth Garden Flower, you have a 24-hour window to request a return or refund. In order to process your request, please take a picture of the flowers and send it to us via text (615-933-8508) or email. Depending on the situation, we will provide either a full refund or a partial refund. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that you receive the highest quality floral arrangements from Earth Garden Flower.
How can I track the status of my flower delivery?
At Earth Garden Flower, we understand the importance of keeping our customers informed about their flower deliveries. You can track your order by logging into your account on our website, navigating to the 'My Orders' tab, and clicking on the 'Track Order' button next to your order number. You'll receive real-time updates on the status of your order, including when your flowers are being prepared, shipped, and out for delivery. If you select a delivery time between 3pm - 5:30pm, please be mindful that traffic may affect the estimated delivery time, but our delivery team will ensure you are informed about any delays. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the delivery process as seamless as possible for you.
